So I am walking Jimmy, and I see this on a tree - it says "Thank you for picking up after your pet. Courtesty of Lily of the Wall. This has been provided by Valerie 310.873.8392." Never in NYC would you find free doggie bags or someone leaving their phone # on a tree house. If anyone ever left this tree house out it would be gone in 1 sec and the clean bags out they would all be gone in 20 seconds.
i swear I didn't take any bags - there was only 1 left!

Uhhh Toto I don't think we are in Brooklyn anymore.
Look at the immaculately trimmed grass, with not a leaf in sight. This reminds me of a opening scene from Pleasantville. looking at this picture brings back memories of when I first moved to Brooklyn - because this is what my gated community looked like in California, so when I walked down the streets of Fort Greene and Sunset Park - I thought the streets were soooo messed up with all the cracks and holes! Then I realized almost all of NYC is like that, except Upper West and East side - oh and West and East Village.

For a city that claims to be so relaxed-has some pretty uptight pedestrian rules. These big white lines interupt the flow of traffic - for when you see someone even standing on the corner you MUST STOP or you get a ticket. So that means if you are driving down the stree and someone is just starting to cross on the other side of the street, you are supposed to stop for them. I ignored the rule today and have been yelled at each time. The screamed so loud from the other side of the street that I could hear them.
