Free Doggie Bags!

So I am walking Jimmy, and I see this on a tree - it says "Thank you for picking up after your pet. Courtesty of Lily of the Wall. This has been provided by Valerie 310.873.8392." Never in NYC would you find free doggie bags or someone leaving their phone # on a tree house. If anyone ever left this tree house out it would be gone in 1 sec and the clean bags out they would all be gone in 20 seconds.
i swear I didn't take any bags - there was only 1 left!

Well, I saw some in NYC and was very surprised that the baggies stayed there. (It was somewhere on Mangattan Island)
