This is what's so cool about Social Networking sites like Flickr. I was at Mimi Ito's
book launch party with Ellen, and kenyatta, who was in NYC sent me this photo taken byJulian Bleekr, who was at the party. I never met him, but when I clicked on the pic I let him know who I was :)
All this was made possible because Julian is in Kenyatta's Flickr contacts - how funny.

I have been secretly enraptured by my SUV. Budget Car Rental ran out of economy cars, so I had the choice of either a Grand Prix or a Hundyai Santa Fe. I choose the latter and I am loving it! I have no guilt of being a gas mongering SUV hussy for 1 week.. I love being really high up and feeling like I could run anyone over. reminds me of my Jeep Wrangler days in college. the only prob with an SUV is that it's difficult to find roomy enough street parking.

I now realize where the UGG virus started-in Santa Monica. EVERY GIRL here wears uggs with every outfit--casual to clubby to formal, all them are wearing uggs! Then the NYC girls think the whole ugg thing is LA cool when it's really LA Lame.
This Titicaca victim was spotted at the promenade with Henry and Joe and it's ironic that there's a homeless person's cart in the frame. Supposedly Santa Monica is a homeless person's haven-some of the most relaxed rules for vagrants. Their carts are everywhere - it's kinda nice to see a reality check this when walking around here. I must say that I have never met such friendly vagrants before-maybe we should tell the SF and NYC wanderers to come down to LA. If anything - the homeless people here are dressed very fashionably. Ellen says it's because people leave their clothes out in the alley behind their houses for them to take.
