Time to eat yummy lamb - Beijing is full of these XinJiang Spots - Xinjiang is a province where the population is both Turkic and Muslim. Surprise Surprise - China has many minorities (56 officially approved and supported by the Communist Party - ummm but over 400 applied)! Not everyone in China are the Han Chinese that the western world knows about (almond eyes yellow skin).
