Only in NY: Call the Cops to Protect Your Weed

Now I think this storyis pretty absurd. A man called the police for help b.c he was being held captive by someone who was after his pot. Hmmmmm. Well the police arrived and they found his pot and found his way to jail. So I am wondering just how high was he when he called the police?
