10:15am Meditate (It doesn't matter where I end up, all that matters is how I spiritually and mentally get there)

11:30am Arrive at Pacific Beach - Carl and girlfriend arrive in town
11:40am Jakey and I are victims of racial profiling - we are first time offenders of breaking pedestrian rules - more on this on the next post
12:00pm Eat on Kono's Beachfront terrace - we are the only ones there because a fine mist has driven everyone in doors
2:00pm Drive back to Los Angeles
