For a city that claims to be so relaxed-has some pretty uptight pedestrian rules. These big white lines interupt the flow of traffic - for when you see someone even standing on the corner you MUST STOP or you get a ticket. So that means if you are driving down the stree and someone is just starting to cross on the other side of the street, you are supposed to stop for them. I ignored the rule today and have been yelled at each time. The screamed so loud from the other side of the street that I could hear them.
