this man is asking for money b.c he was just released from the hospital after finding out he has hiv/aids and that he doesn't know where to go for food..
In NYC, we have some of the best and accessible social services for HIV/AIDS compared with the rest of the country and world. I know that they definitely do no release u without referring u to agencies who provide support services to HIV/AIDS patients.

I used to panhandle to get bus fair to see my HIV/AIDS doctor.
