They r talking about calculators at this New Technology Hearing at City Hall. What happened to being innovative about policy and development in technology?
Everyone council person is kissing each person's ass.
Some council woman just said: "kids aren't using technology early enough. If a kindergarten kid uses a calculator and knows what 12x8 is but may not understand why."
