Sengalese Fashion Center

Washington and Fulton, Clinton Hill - Brooklyn
i have never seen anyone walk in or out of here before. Nor have I seen anyone wear these clothes.
it's either a drug front or a pirated CD/DVD front.
Which one do you think?
