Another Cold Day Titicaca

This was taken before our warm spell. It was during last weeks cold 30degreee days. i love this guy's titicaca though - cuz he's not trying at all - at least I think :) It seems like his titicaca craziness fits right in with NYC's energy. Are we split here guys - titicaca or Titillation?
