The minute I got here, I tried to use David's cell, but I was out of battery! So once I got past the the visa and quarrentine checks, I failed in my quest to find an outlet. So I asked someone where I could find an outlet, she pointed me to this free cell charger station. Now, why don't we have this in American aiports? and yes it was FREE! So if you ever at this airport, this cell charger is across from exit 9 in arrivals.
